His slender fawn-like legs and body
The way he curled up to stay warm, and stretched out to stay cool
His unwavering desire to be near us
How he sometimes tucked his nose under his paw when sleeping
Sleeping under the covers
Diligently licking up all the last bits of food from our dirty plates
Licking his lips when ready to receive a treat
How he loved the sunshine and rolled around on grass or carpet
